When you arrive for this meeting, your construction plans will be ready along with the specifications outline that includes all of the building materials, features, amenities, as well as the final estimated cost of building the home. Everything is included, even your selection of plumbing and electrical fixtures, cooling/heating system, cabinet and door hardware, interior and exterior paint colors, etc. We will take great care to make sure we have gone over every detail with you, make any final revisions and then prepare the New Home Construction Contract.
