As the home design takes shape, we may have to meet several times to refine the plans. These meetings are crucial to complete the planning process with a minimum of delays. By this third meeting, you will have seen your home evolve from basic exploratory drawings to nearly completed plans. At the Detailed Drawings meeting, you will be able to refine the floor plan and make any final changes. Our 3-dimensional automated design system will allow you to see different views and angles of the home to assist with your final decision-making, and selections. This includes cabinet type and arrangement, final kitchen layout, counter tops, storage areas, exterior treatment, floor coverings, interior and exterior finishing details, interior wall treatment, custom woodwork, appliances, plumbing and electrical fixtures, etc. To be sure the final detailed plans meet your needs and budget, we follow a step-by-step check-list that covers everything from construction materials to your choice of paint colors.
