DRAFTING THE DESIGN AGREEMENT

When you meet with us next, our designers will have a set of preliminary floor plans ready for your review. These plans will reveal the suggested interior living environment, room sizes and configuration, window and door placement, kitchen layout, etc., as well as exterior amenities such as patios, decks, courtyards, walkways and other features that you may have specified. After making any changes and revisions and approving the plans, a Design Agreement will be drafted that precisely outlines your specifications and budget. We will then proceed with a more refined set of interior and exterior drawings that will further define the floor plan layout, exterior elevation treatment and other details.
